Single Housing Benefits:

We have a variety of residence hall options based on housing preference and availability, and each residence hall includes these wonderful benefits:

Gallaway Village

Gallaway Village is suite-style housing where four students share a kitchen, common space, and storage area, but each student has their own private bedroom and bathroom.

Sundo Kim Hall (Male), Bettie Morrison Hall (Female)

  • $2,150 per semester (summer and J-term rates may vary)
  • Furnished bedrooms each provided with an extra-long full-size bed, desk and chair, and small bookshelf
  • Furnished shared living area provided with a couch, two end tables, a coffee table, and one lounge chair
  • Furnished kitchen provided with a dining table and four chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven

Newton Grice Hall

Newton Grice is an all-male hall on the Asbury Seminary campus. Each student has his own bedroom and shares a kitchen and living area with up to five other students. Steps away from the Student Center, Grice is near the center of campus and also only a short walk from downtown Wilmore! Grice also provides space for men seeking commuter housing.

  • $2,100 per semester (summer and J-term rates may vary)
  • Full-suite option (2 rooms/1 bathroom) is $2,200/semester
  • Furnished bedrooms each provided with an extra-long twin-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, and bookshelf
  • Furnished shared living area provided with a couch, end tables, coffee table, lounge chairs, and tables/chairs for eating and studying
  • Furnished kitchen provided with refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven

Orlean House

Orlean House is an all-female hall on the Asbury Seminary campus also steps away from the Student Center. It has a vibrant group of women who love living in community together. Orlean House is designed to give each student her own bedroom and a shared bathroom with 2 other women in a ‘pod’ like layout. A kitchen and living area are shared between a total of 6 women. Orlean also provides space for women seeking commuter housing.

  • Furnished bedrooms each provided with an extra-long twin-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, bookshelf, and in-room sink/mirror
  • Furnished shared living area provided with a couch,  coffee table, lounge chairs, and tables/chairs for eating and studying
  • Furnished kitchen provided with refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven

Apply for Single Housing

Every student who applies will be placed on the waiting list until the appropriate time for housing assignments and offers. To receive a placement on the waiting list, students must complete a 2 step process:

  1. Complete the appropriate housing application (Full-time, Commuter Housing)
  2. Submit a $100 deposit – we accept exact cash or check in person, online payments through the student portal, or checks (made out to Asbury Seminary) mailed to the following address:
