Asbury Inn Airport Shuttle

An airport shuttle is available to/from the Lexington Bluegrass Airport, the Lexington Greyhound Bus Terminal, the Louisville International Airport, and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

We need 48 hours notice to guarantee a shuttle for your arrival or departure. We will make every attempt to accommodate your needs after 48 hours, but do not guarantee it. We cannot accept any shuttle requests less than 24 hours before your arrival or departure time. To make a shuttle request, contact the Asbury Inn front desk at 1.800.2.ASBURY or 859.858.2156. Please have the following information on-hand: airline, flight number, and the arrival/departure time. If you prefer, you may complete the Airport Shuttle Form and email it to beeson_manor@asburyseminary.edu.

Airport Shuttle Fees

If you are a guest at the Beeson Manor, we will add your airport shuttle fees to your room charge. If you are not a guest of the Manor, please stop by the Beeson Manor front desk to pay. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. If you have a group that will be needing shuttle services, please contact us for rates.
Lexington Airport $25.00 each way / per person or family
Lexington Bus Terminal $30.00 each way / per person or family
Louisville Airport $100.00 each way / per person or family
Cincinnati Airport $100.00 each way / per person or family

If the van has to leave the Manor between Midnight and 6:00am there is an additional $10 charge per family or group.

Arrivals

The shuttle van is only permitted to park in valet parking, which is located across the road from the baggage claim exits and near the front of the parking garage. If there is not space in valet parking, the driver will circle the airport until one is available. The shuttle vehicle is a white Pontiac Montana, with signs on each side identifying it with Asbury Seminary. The driver will be identified with a nametag that says: Airport Shuttle Driver, Asbury Inn. If you cannot locate the van quickly, please feel free to call the Beeson Manor front desk at 1.800.2.ASBURY or 859.858.2156.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we may or may not be able to accommodate your arrival. Please contact us as soon as you know of any flight changes and we will do our best to have a shuttle waiting for you. If we are not able to provide a driver, we suggest that you hire a taxi or rent a car.

Departures

Shuttle drivers will pick up departing guests in the Asbury Inn lobby. Please let the front desk staff person know when you are in the lobby area. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we will accommodate your departure time to the best of our ability.
