
Request Transcript
Policies and Procedures
Official transcripts can be requested in one of the following ways:
- Fill out a transcript request form in person at the Registrar's Office on the Kentucky campus or at Jose Hernandez's office on the Florida campus.
- Print off and fill out the transcript request form and return to Asbury Theological Seminary, Office of the Registrar, 204 North Lexington Avenue, Wilmore, KY 40390.

Mail a letter of request to the Kentucky campus of Asbury Theological Seminary. Letters of request must include:
- Full name
- Social Security Number
- Current address
- Phone number
- Address to mail the transcript
- Signature
Note: Since we must have your original signature to release a transcript, we cannot accept fax, phone or email requests.
Transcript Fees
Please include payment, in the form of a check or money order payable to Asbury Theological Seminary with your request.
Your first copy of your transcript is free of charge.
Regular processing (2-3 business days) is $5 per transcript.
Rush processing (same day processing) is $10 for a single transcript request. This cost includes a $5 rush fee. If requesting multiple copies in a rush request, the $5 additional rush fee is only charged once. For example, 3 rush transcripts would cost $20.
Note: If you need us to send your transcript via FedEx Express or Priority Mail, you will need to pay this additional cost or include a prepaid envelope at the time of the request.

Student accounts must be paid up to date in order for transcripts to be released.
The Registrar’s Office only releases official transcripts. Students can print unofficial copies through their student registration account (click on “Academic Record”).
