Enrollment Verification
Letters of Enrollment Verification
- Can be requested by sending e-mail to registrar@asburyseminary.edu or with an ATS Request for Enrollment Verification Form.
- If you need us to release academic information such as “good academic standing” or GPA, a signed release with your original signature is required. For your convenience, a release statement is included on the ATS Request for Enrollment Verification Form.
- Mailed in ATS letterhead envelopes or faxed if requested.
- Please include:
- ATS Request for Enrollment Verification Form
- Instructions on term(s) to be verified
- Addressed and stamped envelope
- Where to mail once verification is completed
- Deadlines and/or special instructions concerning verification
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days processing time (longer than this during peak times for enrollment verifications, particularly the weeks immediately following the drop/add deadlines).
- Letter requests are processed in the order in which they are received by our office.
