Enrollment Verification:
Forms: Denominational and Scholarship
- Make sure you have filled out your documents completely.
- If your form requests that we release grade information or GPA, please make sure that we have a letter of release with your original signature that authorizes ATS to release this information. (Some forms have a release section for you to sign and if so, a release letter is not necessary.)
- Return your documents to the Registrar’s Office in person, to Registrar SPO 948, or by mail to Asbury Theological Seminary, Office of the Registrar, 204 North Lexington Avenue, Wilmore, KY 40390.
- Please include:
- Instructions on term(s) to be verified
- Addressed and stamped envelope
- Where to mail once verification is completed
- Deadlines and/or special instructions concerning verification
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days processing time (longer than this during peak times for enrollment verifications, particularly the weeks immediately following the drop/add deadlines).
- Forms are processed in the order in which they are received by our office.
