Lodging- Kentucky Campus

Once at Asbury Theological Seminary, you may stay at the Asbury Inn (26 guest rooms) or Larabee-Morris hotel rooms (six guest rooms). These guest rooms include: private bath, television, telephone, towels and linens, separate heating and cooling units, queen or full-sized bed. Cribs and rollaways are available upon request. Individual and group rates are available. For more information or to make reservations, call 1-800-2ASBURY and ask for Asbury Inn.

The special rate for D.Min. students at the Asbury Inn is $64.95 for a room with a King bed or two Queen beds (and include an in-room refrigerator and microwave), or $55.95 for a room with two double beds. Larabee-Morris hotel rooms (which include two double beds) are available for $50.95. Room charges may be divided accordingly for students wishing to share a room. Call directly, 24 hours a day, (859) 858-2156, or 1-800-2-ASBURY and ask for the Asbury Inn. A block of rooms is usually reserved for the D.Min. January and July courses, but rooms fill-up fast! Due to the increase in enrollment, private rooms may not be available. The rate for transportation to and from the Lexington Airport is $25.00 each way (payable to Asbury Inn). This must be prearranged through the Asbury Inn, at least one week in advance.

Graduation Lodging

There are no rooms at the Asbury Inn available for graduation; however, the College has extended the use of their apartments for that weekend. The rate is $60 per night and includes four twin beds and a pullout couch, and kitchenette. The four twin beds include linens, but none are provided for the pullout bed. Reservations can be made beginning November 1.
