Asbury Theological Seminary is pleased to announce the signing of two global partnerships
Asbury Theological Seminary is pleased to announce the signing of two global partnerships with Africa International University (AIU), located in Karen, Nairobi-Kenya, and West Africa Theological Seminary, located in Lagos, Nigeria. The purpose of these partnerships is to advance the discipling of the nations of the world through the ministry of theological education and program collaboration.
Both partnerships include a degree-seeking student exchange program, a non-formal culture-learning immersion experience, a faculty exchange program, a global conference on church renewal and church planting, an exchange of digital resources, periodic joint broadcast classes, and assistance with of the Doctor of Ministry program.
Asbury Seminary is continuing to work with other institutions around the world to secure these global partnerships, which is Asbury Seminary’s next major missional outreach in engaging the global Church.
Dr. Leslie A. Andrews, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost, said, “Asbury Seminary is moving more fully into its original call to ‘spread scriptural holiness throughout the world’. By linking hands with global partners, we seek to do more in cooperating the ‘missio dei’ than any institution by itself could do.”
