- Position Title: Single Housing Assistant - Work Study preferred (1 position)

- Pay Rate: $7.50 per hour
- Hours: 10-12 hours per week on average

Position Summary: The Business Office is looking for a work study student (preferred) to fill the role of single housing assistant. Duties include processing new applications for single housing, communicating with prospective and current residents about housing options and placements (both full-time students as well as commuter students), working with the RA staff, entering billing information, maintaining files, working with the Admissions department, occasional housing visits with prospective students interested in family housing, and other duties as assigned.
The schedule hours can be set around the student's class schedule, but hours need to be worked between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Hours tend to be heavier during the first half of the fall and spring sessions (10-15/week) and lighter during the second half of each
(6-8/week). Work during the summer months will be required (12-15 hours/week).

Position Summary:
The work-study position provides accurate service in sorting and distributing seminary mail; assists patrons with copiers in the duplicating center; and processes cash payments.

- Position Title: Switchboard/Security Worker (Must be Work Study eligible)
- Department: Finance & Administration
- Reports to: VP for Finance & Administration / Seminary Receptionist
- Hours: 4:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (9:00 p.m. during summer) one evening per week and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays on a rotating basis - approximately one week out of five. The student employee also performs a 1-hour security round twice on the Sunday following the Saturday day shift worked. Work during summer, vacation periods, and paid holidays for Seminary staff is required.

Position Summary:
The Vice President for Finance is seeking a Work Study eligible student to work as on-campus security and at the main switchboard. Duties include security rounds, switchboard operation, light receptionist work, document and incident reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
Extremely dependable and trustworthy with careful attention paid to details; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; available for work evenings, rotating weekends, and some holidays; able to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearly; excellent listener and communicator; and able to handle confrontation/crisis when necessary. Must be eligible for full Federal Work Study.
