The Asbury Theological Seminary community is very excited about its new family housing, which opened in the spring of 2010. The J. Ellsworth and Janet Kalas Family Housing development can house 100 student families. It is built to foster community among the residents, which Asbury Theological Seminary values as a key component to the development of its students.

Asbury Theological Seminary’s new family housing consist of a total of 67 unfurnished 2BR/1.5 bath, 3BR/2 bath and a limited number of 4BR/3 bath units, with living room, fully furnished kitchen (range, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher), as well as washer/dryer hookups. There will also be 33 fully furnished units, which will be available for international students. There will be 21 2BR/1.5 bath, 11 3BR/2 bath and one ADA 2BR/1.5 bath unit, which do include washers and dryers.
