NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 CREDIT HOURS IN THE FALL AND SPRING SEMSTERS TO QUALIFY FOR SEMINARY COMMUTER HOUSING. PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY LIVED IN COMMUTER HOUSING, BUT AN APPLICATION MUST STIL BE SUBMITTED.

Abridged Commuter Rights and Responsibilities
Commuter housing is provided for those needing housing 4 nights or less/week.
1. The nights you are not staying in your commuter spot may be used by single housing to meet other housing needs.
2. You are allowed to leave your belongings from week to week, but they must be left in an orderly manner.
3. You must be respectful of the living area shared with others.
4. It is your responsibility to check in and out with your RA.
5. You must notify us in writing 30 days in advance of your permanent leave to have your housing deposit refunded. If you do not show up for your stay, and have not notified us in advance, your deposit is forfeit.
6. It is the responsibility of the commuter to re-apply each semester for housing.
