Dr. Deborah A. Colwill serves in a hybrid appointment as an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Director of Institution Research and Evaluation at Asbury Theological Seminary. She has taught at both the Masters and Doctoral levels of study at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and at the Masters level at Northern Seminary.  Dr. Colwill teaches in the areas of leadership, organization development and philosophy of education.  Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, a M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a Ph.D. in Education from Trinity International University, and a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University.  In addition to her teaching roles, Dr. Colwill has served in a variety of leadership and consulting roles within both profit and non-profit organizations. Deborah is married to James Colwill and has three daughters.
