Married Students/Students with Children Housing
NOTE: No Seminary-owned units are air conditioned (except Elizabeth & William Houses) — students may install their own window units (120 volts). Tenants should expect an annual increase in the rental price (generally 3-5%). For more information, please call the Family Housing Office at (859) 858-2251.
Married Couples without Children
Bettie Morrison – 104 North Lexington Avenue
Sixteen (16) unfurnished one-bedroom units with bath, living room, and kitchen (30” range and refrigerator provided). Coin-operated laundry facility provided.
Monthly rent for Fall 2008-Aug. 2009: $420 (includes all utilities).

Alumni Manor – 101 Broadhurst Drive
Sixteen (16) unfurnished one-bedroom apartments with bath, living room, and efficiency kitchen (20” range and refrigerator provided), Coin-operated laundry facility provided. Resident pays own electricity.
Monthly rent for Fall 2008-Aug. 2009: $295.00; Fall 2008-2009: $305.00 rent
