JOB DESCRIPTION
Part-time position which includes preaching on Sunday. Other programs would be at discretion of pastor. Some hospital visitation may be necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Christian character, Biblical teaching and preaching skills, positive spirit, desire to serve God.
DUTIES
Preaching on Sunday mornings, visitation as needed, availability to congregation as need arises.
SALARY
Beginning at $150.00/week with opportunity for raises.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Rev. Bob Baldridge of the Southland Evangelical Methodist Church,
2601 Clays Mill Road, has announced his intentions to retire upon finding
a pastor for the church. Presently, Judge, Tim Philpot, is filling the
pulpit while Rev. Baldridge fulfills the pastoral ministry.
The church was established by Rev. Baldridge 51 years ago. He is the only
pastor the church has known. They are presently running between 40/50 in
attendance. They have a beautiful location in south Lexington and a
beautiful worship facility. The salary range is between 25/30 thousand
dollars a year. The church prefers a full time pastor but is willing to
consider someone part-time.
The Evangelical Methodist Church is Wesleyan in doctrine. Rev. Baldridge
is a graduate of Asbury College.
SALARY
$25-30,000/year negotiable
