How much time away from home is required?

  • Year One: Approximately six weeks during September and October
  • Year Two: Approximately six weeks during October and November.
  • Year Three: International Travel Experience.
  • Year Four: Approximately six weeks during January and February.
  • Year Five: Approximately six weeks during April and May to defend dissertation and graduate.

What is the specific course of study?

Your work will cover 27 hours of academic credit plus 3 hours of dissertation credit, designed to fulfill all coursework required for the Doctor of Ministry degree. As with each of the other Beeson tracks, international students will need to complete and defend their dissertation in order to receive their doctorate.
