Reserving Your Wedding Date
Reservations are not confirmed until all deposits have been paid, a contract has been generated and signed by both the party responsible for payment and a Guest Services representative. To start the process, the following items are needed:
- Download the Wedding Packet
- Complete reservation request form (Page 18)
- Sign reservation policy agreement (Page 16)
- Sign waiver and release of liability (Page 17)
- Mail or deliver non-refundable $400 deposit (cash, MasterCard, Visa or check payable to Asbury Theological Seminary) to Weddings at Asbury, 204 North Lexington Avenue, Wilmore, Kentucky, 40390. For credit card payment call 859-858-2129. The deposit will be applied to your balance.
- When you receive your copy of the contract, sign it and return it to the office of Guest Services.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Outstanding balances must be paid in full for events to take place.
