Decorations
If you desire floral arrangements in the chapel, you will need to provide them. No decorations or temporary fixtures may be affixed to plants, trees, woodwork, furniture, windows, buildings or any architectural feature with nails, tacks, staples, or any application that will cause irreversible damage to structures or landscaping. Duct tape and white masking tape are not permitted on any building, furniture or lighting fixture. Neither lights nor decorations may be placed on trees or plants. Nothing is to be placed on the piano.
Estes Chapel
- Front entry doorway: 84.25" high and 70" wide
- Front entry doors: each 29.75" wide
- Candelabras: 56" high and 31.5" wide
- 22 pews total, six in the front, an aisle break, and 16 pews in the back
- Each windowsill (7 total) 6.5" wide, 82" long
- Aisle: 87 feet long, 63 inches wide
- Unity candle table: 19.75" in diameter, 25" tall
- Pulpit (must remain on top tier)
- Stationary altar rails
- Comfortably accommodates 6 attendants on each side
Due to liability restrictions, we cannot allow you to move furniture in Estes Chapel yourself. Asbury Seminary will adjust placement of pulpit and chairs for a $50 fee with 14 days advance notice.
