Airport/Bus Terminal Shuttle
Asbury Inn offers an airport shuttle to and from the following:
- Lexington Bluegrass Airport (LEX)
- Louisville International Airport (SDF)
- Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG)
- Lexington Bus Terminal
Reasonable charges do apply. Shuttle requests must be made more than 48 hours in advance for us to guarantee service. Requests made less than 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. If a driver is available, an additional fee will be charged.
Asbury Inn Commons
Overnight guests staying in any of the Asbury Inn facilities may reserve the Asbury Inn Commons free of charge for groups of 10 or more. For more information or to make a reservation, please contact us at 859.858.2156 or 1.800.2.ASBURY.
Business Services
- Business Center: Located on the ground floor of Asbury Inn, and equipped with a conference table and chairs, two computers, and color laser printer/copier.
- Computers/Internet: Our business center computers are equipped with Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office 2003, and high-speed internet access.
- Copying/Printing: Ten copies per guest, per stay are free. Additional copies are $.25 each.
- Fax: Guests may send and receive local faxes at the front desk at no charge. Long distance faxes: 1st page $1.25; each additional page $0.25.
- Packages/Mail: All packages and mail are delivered to the Seminary Post Office. USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages may be sent to guests c/o Asbury Inn, 204 N. Lexington Ave, Wilmore, KY 40390. If you are expecting a package, please let the front desk know so we can expect it. First-class stamps may be purchased at the Asbury Inn front desk.
Conferencing - Meetings at Asbury
From groups of 12 to 1,200, Asbury is the perfect setting for your retreat, dinner meeting, or conference. Housekeeping
Our housekeeping service is available daily until 1:00 p.m. Housekeeping stay-over service includes: clean towels, trash removal, vacuuming as needed, bathrooms cleaned as needed, and the beds made. Sheets are changed every three days of a guest's stay. If there are additional housekeeping needs throughout the day, the front desk needs to be contacted.
Housekeeping will make a guest's bed(s) as long as there are no personal items left on the bed(s). For privacy, each room has a DO NOT DISTURB sign that may be hung on the doorknob. If additional housekeeping service is desired, a guest needs to notify the front desk by 1:00 p.m.
Ice Machine
Located on the main level. Each room is equipped with an ice-bucket & liner.
Keys
Keys are given out at the front desk. A fee of $10.00 will apply for each set of unreturned keys, charged directly to a guest's folio.
Laundry Facilities
We do not have a washer or dryer available to our guests. If a guest needs to do laundry, the Laundromat in Wilmore is located next to Fitch's IGA. 859.885.9996
Luggage Carts
Available on the main level by the Ice Machine.
Maps
Maps and directions to places in Wilmore, Lexington and the area are available at the front desk.
Newspaper
Several copies of the Lexington-Herald Leader are available each morning in the front lobby and the Asbury Inn Commons.
Pets
With the exception of service animals, Asbury Inn does not allow pets. If it is discovered that you have had a pet in your room, you will be billed for an additional night stay.
Refrigerators
Refrigerators & Microwaves come standard in each of our King & Queen rooms. Additional fridges are available for a fee of $5.00.
Rollaway Beds
Rollaway beds are available for an additional guest in your room upon request and are subject to availability. An additional $5 charge per night does apply.
Toiletries
Each room is equipped with an amenity basket which includes conditioning shampoo, lotion, make-up towelette, and soap. Complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush and razors are available at the front desk.
Umbrellas
A limited supply of umbrellas is available for guest use on rainy days. Borrowed umbrellas are to be returned to the front desk.
Vending Machines
Located on the first floor next to the business center, and include snacks as well as canned & bottled sodas.
