Admissions Information
We are pleased to host prospective students of Asbury Theological Seminary and Asbury College. Cokesbury Bookstore
The Asbury Seminary Bookstore is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday - Friday and occasionally on Saturday
Dining Services
During the academic year, guests are welcome to join our students for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the seminary cafeteria.
Breakfast: Mon. – Fri.; 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. $4.00
Lunch: Mon., Wed., Fri.; 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. $5.00
Tues, Thurs.; 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. $5.00
Dinner: Mon. – Fri.; 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. $6.00
Fitness Center / Gymnasium
Guests of the Asbury Inn may use the Seminary's gym, racquetball courts, weight machines, and exercise equipment free of charge. Before using any facilities, please stop by the Student Services front desk (located in the Student Center) to complete a Waiver of Liability form.
Guests may also access the Luce Center (which includes workout facilities, gym, and olympic swimming pool) at Asbury College. The cost is $5 per day or $20 per week. Pick-up a blue sheet at the Asbury Inn front desk to take with you to the Luce Center.
Internet / Computer Access
Our business center is located on the first floor and contains two computers with high-speed internet access, Microsoft Office Suite, and a laser printer.
Wireless internet is available both on campus and at the Inn. Your computer should automatically detect the signal name (ATSWIFI for campus access and ASBURYINN for access while at the Inn). A guest may also plug their laptop into the phone jack, dial "9" and then enter their internet provider's local access number to connect to the internet.
The campus library computer lab (Information Commons) is also available to guests free of charge and includes internet access as well as a printer. Printing is $0.10 a sheet. Stop by the Information Commons desk for guest login instructions.
During the fall and spring semesters the Library hours are:
Monday – Thursday; 7:30 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday; 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
During summer and J-terms the library is open:
Monday – Thursday; 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Friday and Saturday; 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
