Asbury Seminary has a network of more than 9,000 alumni on six different continents and in 63 foreign countries. The alumni community embraces a diversity of backgrounds, experiences and passions while representing various denominations, interests and callings.

Graduates sent out from Asbury Seminary are serving people trapped in prostitution in India, sharing Christ with hopeless orphans in Africa, planting churches where Christians are being executed, translating the Bible into little-known languages, and teaching the name of Christ at seminaries in politically charged countries. Asbury Seminary graduates are brilliant, passionate people. Many are entrepreneurs who fearlessly plow new ground for the Church. They are life-long learners continually pursuing growth in the knowledge of Christ while letting it transform their hearts.

Our Alumni have authored books that are culturally relevant such as Surviving the Hunger Games. Asbury Seminary Alumni have written other books that are great resources for studying the word of God and for speaking to the real brokenness in personal lives. Books on health, healing and spiritual growth have all been authored. We have had an alumnus make it to the finals on America’s Got Talent, another in Great Britain reporting on the 2012 Summer Olympics. Alumni are currently  teaching in seminaries, colleges and primary schools. Others are serving in community development ministries, as chaplains, serving the imprisoned, and serving as missionaries, as well as teaching missionaries. Many are working in numerous different counseling ministries, working with inner-healing, clinical, pastoral and family counseling. We’ve had quite a few elected as District Superintendents, and several Bishops. We also have one alumnus reportedly honored as the 2012 Volunteer of the year in his county! Great things are happening as the love of Christ is spread throughout the world by Asbury Theological Seminary Alumni. The list just continues to go on.
