How to Apply
We are delighted you are ready to begin your application at Asbury Theological Seminary.
There are 3 ways to apply:
This allows you to apply immediately using the online application. It does not require a log-in, but it must be completed in one sitting. If you leave this page without submitting the application, any data you have typed will be lost. To complete the application, you will need the names and locations of all post-secondary institutions you attended, the years you studied there, and any degrees you received. It is best if you also have the names and email addresses of all 4 of your references to finish this process.
This option allows you to apply using the online application. You will be able to submit this application now or save your data and submit your application at a later date.
You will need to create a password to open this application. For your security, you are the only person who will have access to your password. If you forget your password, you will need to open a new application.
This allows you to download a fillable .PDF file of our Application for Admission. You may submit this by postal mail or by email. To mail your application, print out the application and mail to the address below. To email your application, you must first save the document to your computer. After the document is saved to your computer, you may fill it out, save it, and attach it in an email to Admissions.Office@asburyseminary.edu. For faster processing, we encourage you to use one of the online application options above if you are able.

Once your application is received, our Application and Communications Specialist will process it within 5 business days. The day after it is processed, you will receive an email containing the next steps in the Admissions process. Our office will work with you as you submit all the pieces of your application file.

- Read our Statement of Faith, Educational Mission, Core Values, and Ethos Statement
- (Optional) Locate the names, titles, and email addresses of your references.

Application Fee Payment
To be considered for admission, a non-refundable $50 application fee is required. You may pay online by credit card at the following link:
Online credit card payment is available only to cardholders with U.S. billing addresses. In order to pay your application fee online, you will be required to register for a oneATS account (you will receive instructions once you submit your application). This fee may also be paid by mailing a check to the Admissions Office (204 N. Lexington Ave., Wilmore, KY, 40390), or by credit card by calling the Business Office (859.858.2286).
