God Shaping Others Through Your Witness in Words

Every message, every sermon, every speech, every class is evaluated by listeners.  However, leaders who deliver such messages are often the last to know what the true evaluation is in the minds of the audience.  Extremely important insights into the communicator’s style, strengths, distracting habits, authority and ability are always within the sound of their own voice, if they had a means of gathering it.  Leaders who communicate need a plan and process to learn about their own communication.  Since structured feedback is hard to come by, we have prioritized the practice of message evaluation throughout the Doctor of Ministry experience.
