Education:

Daryl is no stranger to Asbury Seminary. Before joining the Asbury Seminary—Florida faculty in 2000, he served as the Continuing Education program administrator (1986-92) and as a visiting lecturer in Christian education (1984-92) on the Kentucky campus. As an ordained pastor in the Free Methodist Church, Daryl has served in many ministry roles over his 30+ years of pastoring, including campus, small group, street, music and Spiritual Formation ministries. He has also served as a teaching partner for Serendipity House and an adjunct professor at Northeastern Seminary. He and his wife, Carolyn, have three grown children: Dawn Elise, Andrew Benjamin (daughter-in-law, Emily; granddaughter, Ailey) and Emily Margaret. For fun and fitness he runs marathons with Dawn and Andrew—five at last count.
